It started as an idea...
...back in 2000 after seeing many organisations I worked for over the years engage large HR & Business consultancies but finding that they didn't really get to know the true organisation and its people.
As a passionate People Practitioner, I wanted to combine my HR professionalism and experience with a bespoke "personal touch" for each and every client.
So, in 2009 it became a reality, working with businesses on various HR projects and personal coaching and development for private clients to where we are today.
