Elizabeth is a seasoned HR Consultant with almost 30 years’ experience in the field including over 18 years in the Middle East region. 

A highly qualified HR, change and learning and development professional with extensive experience leading functions and bespoke global programs, in both public and private sectors across a broad and diverse spectrum of industries, including: Oil & Gas, Utilities & Energy, Shipping & Logistics, Construction & Engineering, Military MRO, FMCG, Manufacturing, Airlines, Retail, Hospitality, Medical & Healthcare, Government/Semi-Government, Education and Legal.

Working and consulting with multi-national and local companies internationally, UK, EU and Middle East in both public and private sector organisations, Elizabeth has built sound and lasting relationships with stakeholders through delivery and professionalism, trust and credibility.  

Elizabeth has a portfolio of delivering high impact HR, Employee Relations, HR Compliance programmes and projects.   

She has designed L&D, Coaching, HR, Change Management and HR Compliance projects and initiatives and has trained on all aspects of HR, Employee Relations, L&D and HR Compliance.  

Elizabeth also coaches various management levels from within a broad spectrum of industries.   

She is also an Associate Trainer with CIPD UK and CIPD Middle East and has recently delivered CIPD Qualifications for HMRC (UK) on the HR Developlment Programme and the Ministry of Civil Service, KSA  on the National Programme for Qualifying and Developing HR Professional in the Public Sector as part of the Saudi Vision 2030 ambition.
